Like a Good Neighbor

Good morning,

Above are our Penny and Erik at the back corner of our property.  We have a good friend, Elsa, who lives in the house on the other side of the block.  She often brings treats to Penny and Erik when she sees them outside.  She has an Irish Setter who is also a good friend of our pups.  Very nice!

Our friend Elsa makes her own jam and jelly.  Combined with my addiction to baking bread, we make quite a pair.  Quite a few jars and loaves have passed over that fence.  :)
Here's something else new to our back yard this year.  We were in the garden store looking for something completely different, but this jumped into our basket.  I am quite sure it was put in that store for us to find.  :)

Enjoy,
Lois

  7. That is a wonderful picture. I think dogs should be able to have fences, where they can safely run loose and be "boss". This is sweet.
