Still On the Road - Whitewater, NC

Good morning,

It is so much fun to be out in the country where you can listen to the rushing water of a mountain stream.
This lovely place is in North Carolina.
We often pull off the road at this same spot to take pictures...
...and just enjoy the view.

    I agr ee it's great to be out in the fresh air where you can hear a stream or river flowing. Glad you're enjoying your drive back to work. :)

    Yes, that part of the country has a lot of scenic areas. Nice pictures.

    They are certainly some lovely views! All we're seeing right now is snow at our daughter's where we spent Christmas(Alaska). It has warmed up to 19 below zero this morning…it's been hanging at 45 below zero for a few days, so this was a pleasant surprise this morning.

    It's nice you both enjoy traveling. I never have much, even when I was a lot younger. There's way to many things right here in Ohio I have never seen yet. Enjoy your travels and have a safe New Years Eve.
