Water Tower Changing Room

Good morning,

Behind that bill board sign is a water tower wearing a long "dress."

Or, perhaps it is a giant changing room?

Or perhaps it is a water tower getting her legs shaved?

Nah, I'm sure it's a barrier to removal of and/or repainting of the tower. 

At any rate, it was a fun picture to get while we were moving at 65 mph.

    About time they covered up her long legs. I bet they are sandblasting. I would imagine that working in side that shroud would be miserable
