Mojo's in St. Thomas

Good morning,

Here we are in St. Thomas, USVI, where we like to go ashore to mail cards and letters at the US post office, then have some lunch at Mojo's right at the port.
Mojo's is a "hut" restaurant in the parking lot.  You can smell the chicken when you get close and it seems to pull you in.
 
 It's not a hard choice for us...
 ...so ordered the chicken...

 ...and potato salad...
 ...served by this very nice young lady.
