This is one last post from our road trip from Ohio to Northern Virginia. Yesterday we crossed into Eastern Ohio and still have to make the journey to Cincinnati in the southwestern corner of the state. We are passing through the rolling hills of Eastern Ohio where there are plenty of Christmas Card images waiting to jump into my camera.
As we moved West and lower out of the hills of Eastern Ohio, the snow began to disappear.
But, don't be fooled. It's still pretty cold out there.
There is no question where we are now. ;)
I hope you enjoyed our road trip with us.
All the best,
Lois

ReplyDeleteI did! I love rural, farmland as I drive along on trips. It has such a calming effect on the soul.
ReplyDeleteLove that last barn!
ReplyDeleteThat last barn is fabulous!
ReplyDeleteThat red barn is my favorite! Don't know why, but red barns are still my favorite. I grew up on a farm/Ranch with a red barn, and my uncle's bard was huge and red! LOL
ReplyDeleteYes, it looks very cold out there. I remember how cloudy it is in Ohio, all winter long.
ReplyDeletejust gorgeous midwestern scenes!
ReplyDeleteGreat shots, this country has so much rural charm all over the place.

ReplyDeleteI'm glad you're almost home Lois. It is quite a road trip. I have enjoyed your photos along the way.
ReplyDeleteIf there is an award from pictures from a car, you surely won it with these pictures! My favorite is the first!
ReplyDeleteHope y'all enjoyed Virginia and had a safe trip.
