Good morning,
Yes, we are still celebrating Christmas. We were away (work related) during the holidays so we are making up for it with family since we returned.
We recently visited our son and family in Virginia and they sent back gifts for our Penny and Erik.
Penny and Erik wait to be told which gifts are theirs, then they tear into them just like other kids. :) I love Penny's flying ears in the image above. Penny received a snowman.
Ooooh, a Gingerbread man for Erik!
This is so much fun!
Thank you to the "cousins" in Virginia for the wonderful presents!
All the best,
Lois
Awwwwwww, this is such a sweet, adoring post. They look like they're having fun with their new toys.
ReplyDeleteI think they liked their present.
ReplyDeleteSo cute! I'm amazed that they wait to be told which gidt belongs to whom!
ReplyDeleteThat is funny...Sarah always gets for her dog, too...
ReplyDeleteMorgan and Molly would not wait to be told which ones were for them!
ReplyDeleteso cute! love your pups!
ReplyDeleteLovely photos of your dogs enjoying themselves.
ReplyDeleteThe dogs are really cute. Did you or your daughter teach them to wait until they were told they could open their presents? That's soooo cool.
ReplyDeleteHi Everyone,
ReplyDeleteThe dogs know what "wait", "not for you", and "leave it" mean. I have no clue how large their vocabulary is, but they understand us. They are quite calm (probably because they exercise so much for their agility shows!), don't counter surf or get into things that are not theirs, and are just wonderful. I don't know what else to say except that they are better behaved than my kids when they were 8 and 3 years old!
Thanks for your sweet comments.
All the best,
Lois
Happy doggydays.
ReplyDeleteA good idea and a nice surprise for them!
ReplyDeleteThose are cool! So are there any fights over whose is whose?
ReplyDeleteLooks like they love their gifts!
ReplyDeleteBetter late than never. They seem appreciative.
ReplyDeleteThis is such a great post! I really enjoyed reading this.

I'm sure Penny and Erik appreciate having Christmas spread out. That way you can really savor each toy.
