Above is an image of the ice rink aboard Allure of the Seas. It is the same size as the ice rink I have pictured in an earlier post aboard Freedom of the Seas.
After the trip to the ice rink, we returned to the Royal Promenade to continue our walk around the ship.
It was a port day, but there were still many guests aboard enjoying the ship.
This looks like a great place to have a brew and watch the people go by.
It is a tradition on Royal Caribbean's ships beginning with the Voyager class ships and beyond to have a fancy roadster parked on the Royal Promenade. The cars certainly put the ship size into perspective.
This is the fountain at the base of the Rising Tides Bar.
The bar is in the "up" position now. You can schedule a time to go into the bar and ride it to the top of the Royal Promenade as you sip your favorite drink.
Ah, the Champagne Bar. This is a most elegant area where you can meet friends and sip your favorite champagne together. Oh, the luxury. :)
The final image of the day may look somewhat familiar. It is taken looking up at balconies on each deck and the spacial artwork hanging in the atrium. Just gorgeous!
I hope you're enjoying my walk around Allure of the Seas. She is a fabulous ship!
All the best,
Lois
Gorgeous is right! Amazing photos of the ship. Love that Red Roadster!!
ReplyDeleteThat ship really is quite overwhelming.
ReplyDeleteI think it would be fun to drive a car on a ship. Think I could get a job as the official car driver? No, probably not! Darn!
ReplyDeleteThis place is pretty amazing, Lois. It is a combination first class hotel and shopping mall.
