Rainbows Over St. Thomas, U.S.V.I.

Good morning,

This is the sight I saw out of my stateroom window as we entered St. Thomas, U.S.V.I.
If you look very carefully, you can see a second rainbow to the right.
As the ship moved into the bay...
...the rainbow moved along with us.
 Gorgeous!
 Above you can still see the rainbow on the left.

So pretty!

    it IS pretty! and sometimes you can see three, but i've only seen that very few times here. seeing that last picture reminds me of Culebra and how i need to go see my aunt...

    Aren't they the most fascinating things ever? So real you think you could reach out and touch them but they are just suspended in the air - an optical illusion! We saw the most brilliant one just this past week while travelling to Melbourne.

    The Italian word for rainbow is 'arcobaleno' - sounds pretty, huh?
