Farm House Restaurant - Lake Park, GA

Good morning,

The Farm House Restaurant is one of our regular stops when we are in the neighborhood in Lake Park, Georgia.  We like to patronize local restaurants whenever possible.  This one has great home made food.
You know the food is good when these guys eat here. ;)
This is on the front porch.  Does this look like a part of a still to you, too?  ;)
The Farm House is adjacent to a small mall where we like to stop into the Black and Decker store. 

Time to get back on the road!

    Give me a family run restaurant any day over a chain. Always look for an overflowing parking lot! There is a fantastic restaurant in the Adirondacks, way off the main highway, that is great to stop in after a weekend of canoe camping. The food is delicious and as crowded as the place is, they treat you like special guests.

    Hey, I've been there before! We ate there last time we went to the outlet stores there in Lake Park.

    Nice to find such a home-style restaurant with good food, Lois. We don't frequent chain take away food shops at all.

    That place reminds me of "Diels"!! It's not far from our house. They have home cookin' and it's mighty good!!...debbie

    Do you know what made me stop and have a good look at your images again. Those rocking chairs.

    I have seen American films with similar chairs outside the houses...

    I also liked your comment about who had parked outside also had a meal..... A good sign!
