Good morning,
These are a few more images from our visit to the Newport Aquarium. Being able to walk "through" the shark tank gives a whole different perspective than watching them through flat glass.
It is not easy to take pictures of the fish because of reflections on the curved glass.
But, these pictures do show how very impressive these animals are! I'm happy to be on the opposite side of the glass from them.
All the best,
Lois
Awsome...what an experience..Sea World in Fl has a similiar tank!
ReplyDeleteI'd be happy to be on the opposite side of the glass too! Nice shots.
ReplyDeleteNice shark photos.
ReplyDeleteI would love to have seen shark when we went to the Moody Gardens, but they didn't have any. These are neat shots.
ReplyDeleteWow! Fantastic display!
ReplyDeleteIt must have been an exciting experience!
ReplyDeleteGreat shots, Lois. Aquariums are very photogenic, but sometimes it's so difficult to take pictures through the glass!
ReplyDeleteHow beautiful! blessings, marlene
ReplyDeleteThis is about as close as I ever want to get to sharks. :))
ReplyDeleteThese are impressive shots! I remember standing on the pier in Ft. Walton Beach, Florida years ago and seeing 18 ft long hammerhead sharks swimming around - the mid point of the pier where people often swam!! They are impressive creatures...and you know what, I'll stay out of their gulf if they stay out of my swimming pool!
ReplyDeleteBlessings!!
Ann
I have never seen a real shark, this would be a safe occasion to have a lokk at the beasts!
