First Grade Fine Arts and Open House

Good morning,

We were invited to our grandson's First Grade Fine Arts Fair and Open House.

Above you see the entertainment as the first graders danced with a family member.  Our Alex is the young man in the grey shirt who is holding hands with his older sister Anna in the teal hoodie.
They were very, very good!
Between dances, Alex made a pit stop to see his parents.
The next activity was with two parachutes.
Everyone danced as they moved the parachutes up and down.
When announced, people holding certain colors moved from one side to the other.  It was so much fun to do and to watch!
We adjourned to Alex's classroom where he showed us his artwork and told us about his classroom and fellow students.
What a really cool guy!  He is growing up so fast!

Grand children are truly grand, aren't they!

All the best,
Lois

  5. Yes, they are wonderful. We only have five, and they are getting older, the two oldest live in Fl, 30 and 29, then one that is 19 lives about 30 miles from us, another lives about 25 miles away, he'll be 13 this month and the youngest Audrey will be 12 in March and she and her Mother are living with us at the moment. They moved in about 3 1/2 years ago. When her husband left and wasn't paying child support she got a little behind in things, so she moved back home. She's now taking her two years of classes to become an RN and working 12 hr shifts three days a week. So I take the Granddaughter to and from school when her Mom can't do it. She certainly is set on becoming a nurse. We have two Granddaughters and three Grandsons, The 13 yr old is Autistic, not severely, but he has some problems. His Father is flying in on Monday for a three day visit and he's very excited about that. Daughter and husband are divorced. Your Grandson looks like he was enjoying his open house and all the activities. Thanks for your visit. Merry Christmas to you and family.
