Halloween Night - Freedom of the Seas

Good morning,

Costumes were taken very seriously on the Halloween Cruise aboard Freedom of the Seas.  Merlin, above, is one of my favorites.

The gentlemen, foreground, are part of the Harley Davidson group on board.  Most of them came to the party as Harley Davidson riders.  ;)  Among those who talked with us while we waited for the ship's officers to greet the guests were a retired Navy Captain and a retired Nascar driver.
As the flying bridge across the Royal Promenade descended, cameras flashed everywhere.
Then, the center of attention was the lady dressed as the wet t-shirt contest winner. Very clever outfit!
 There were kings and vampires....

(Note the king and queen.  they are wearing garments made of the velvet Royal Crown bottle bags.)
The ship's officers offered warm greetings.  ;)
 ...to nuns, friars, and pharaohs.

We met some of the members of the Pharaoh Family at a breakfast later in the cruise.  They are lovely people who own a dairy farm in Canada.

For those who asked about Halloween at sea, these are a few pictures of the big night.  It was a great deal of fun as are all holidays at sea.

Best,
Lois
