Good morning,
I was the lucky winner of Karen Ruane's Contemporary Embroidery give away!
Click here to visit her blog and see her beautiful work.
I opened the package from Karen and inside were these beautiful embroidered "beads."
Aren't they wonderful!
I am thinking of using them on a crocheted evening bag. I'll take them with me when we go to sea soon and work on a design where they will be prominently displayed.
So, thank you again, Karen. I hope everyone will stop over and see you.
Very best,
Lois

ReplyDeleteHi Everyone,
ReplyDeleteYes, I feel so very lucky to have won the prize of the beads. I have many thoughts of how to use them going through the ol' brain. When we get settled on the ship, I'll start doing more detailed planning.
Lois - I went over and saw the picture of the duckie on the roof of the other blog. I also am following over there. ;) The picture was taken going the opposite direction on I-71, but it's the same duckie!
Jenny, thanks so much for the invitation. Right now the itinerary doesn't go to Tampa, but you never know during hurricane season. We get to go to other ports when we are avoiding hurricanes. :)
Thank you, everyone, for stopping by and for your very kind comments. And, thanks again, Karen, for those pretty beads.
Lois
