Our View - Sailing Off Into the Sunset

Good morning,

This image taken through a front window in our suite as we were sailing off into the sunset speaks for itself.

Sadly, I didn't have my "grown up" Canon camera quickly available, but my "baby" camera, a Canon Powershot, did a nice job.

Being at sea on such a calm evening is one of the most beautiful, peaceful places in the world.

Enjoy,
Lois

  2. Great shot of the sunset with the baby canon! I'm sure you see many beautiful sun rises and sunsets aboard ship. Must be nice! Are you sailing back to port today? ...debbie

  5. Lois, you are really making teh rest of us feel bad - such a beautiful sight as all sunsets are - but to be seen from your cabin aboard a cruise ship is lovely. Enjoy your weekend!

  7. Good morning,

No, not cruising permanently, but we do spend a great deal of time at sea. We will be on our way home soon and are looking forward to seeing the kids, grand kids, dogs, kitchen.... :)) We drive back and forth between port and home so will enjoy some time driving through the mountains again.

    Thank you for stopping by!

    Very best,
    Lois

  8. Beautiful sunset! You didn't really need the "grown up" Canon for this shot. Your "baby" did just fine. What a wonderful cruise you are having.
