Onion Soup from Scratch ala Kjell

 Good morning,

Kjell spent most of the day in the kitchen making onion soup from scratch.

He started by making the beef broth, then caramelizing onions, and finally baking it in the oven.

It was fantastic!

It is good to have an engineer who cooks in the house!

    If onions must be consumed, let it be in onion soup... As a rule, I avoid onions
